The Newbury Show 2024 took place at Newbury Showground for the second year since its resurgence post Covid-19. Thousands of people flocked through the gates to celebrate the best Farming, Food and Fun that the Royal County has to offer.
Using the showgrounds system of road ducts and our own cable plough to bury cables, we installed a large power distribution system fed from a number of generators located around the site. With careful planning we were able to accommodate all pre booked power and also have capacity for both late orders and last minute changes and additions.
One of the main attractions over the two day event was the variety of food on offer throughout the food hall. Here each stand was allocated their own power supply in addition to anything extra that they booked. We used energy efficient LED lighting to keep the food hall bright over the weekend.
